At Lalaflik, we want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked “final sale”)

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [lalaflik@gmail.com] with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number].

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Still no luck? Email us at [lalaflik@gmail.com].

5. Exchanges

Need to swap a product for a different size, color, or variant? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, we begin processing your order and may be unable to stop shipment.
